This pump cover is manufactured through powder metallurgy using a precision mold, and subsequently processed through at least two precision operations on a high-precision multi-axis machining center equipped with an accurate hydraulic fixture and ultra-precision cutting tools.
Given the extremely high accuracy requirements—particularly a perpendicularity tolerance of 0.015 mm (or tighter) and a parallelism tolerance of 0.02 mm (or tighter)—and the application of a composite process combining glass fiber and polycarbonate (PC) for its internal components, this places significant demands on our equipment, process planning, quality control, overall management, and technical stability. Products assembled using our pump cover not only function well and exhibit outstanding performance but also achieve a service life of 2 years or 3 million cycles and beyond.
In contrast, pump covers manufactured by non-compliant and unprofessional manufacturers may cause the entire assembly to either fail to meet a 1 million-cycle service life (or worse) or result in assembly issues, such as insufficient strength leading to easy cracking during use, or the movement of the fixing sleeve and product vibration during operation, resulting in severe losses for production lines and end customers alike.
