Material Default: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy (excellent machinability and strength). Alternatives available upon request: 7075, 2A12, 5052 high-strength aluminum alloys, and 304/316L stainless steel, etc.
Inspection Equipment Equipped with Zeiss CMM (accuracy: 1.5μm+L/350), Renishaw comparator, Mitutoyo roughness tester, and digital hardness tester. All critical dimensions are 100% inspected or rigorously sampled with precision instruments, ensuring full traceability.
Machining Process High-precision CNC turning centers (mill-turn) with one‑piece forming. High-rigidity spindles and precision turning guarantee absolute concentricity of inner and outer multi-step shoulders; mounting holes are positioned and tapped via high-precision machining centers to eliminate cumulative errors from multiple clamping setups.
Dimensional Accuracy Concentricity of inner/outer multi-step shoulders: consistently ≤ 0.01 mm; parallelism of end faces and shoulder faces strictly controlled; positional accuracy of mounting hole patterns ≤ ±0.02 mm. Tighter tolerances can be accommodated per your drawings, with full dimension reports provided upon request.
Surface Finish Mechanical finishes such as brushing and satin finishing are offered, resulting in smooth, uniform surfaces with tool marks and burrs effectively removed. For specialized treatments like anodizing or hard coating, you may arrange them locally, or we can coordinate subcontracting (lead time and cost quoted separately).
Quality Consistency Strict first‑article full inspection + in‑process periodic sampling + last‑article comparison protocol; critical dimensions managed via SPC. Shipments include dimensional inspection reports, with clear batch traceability back to material heat/lot numbers and machining dates.
Lead Time Samples: 15–30 working days; Small batches (≤10 pcs): 30–45 working days; Medium/large volumes or complex surface treatments: quoted separately. Rush services available.
